Deposit
- Deposits can be made by cash, cheque (Canadian or US funds only), bank transfer, Visa or MC.
- DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- Bookings are not final until the waiver is read, agreed upon and signed and deposit has been received
Balance of Payment
- Full payment is due 120 days prior to start date of your trip.
- Final payments can be made by cash, Bank Transfer, Credit card Visa & Mastercard
- For bookings made less than 120 days prior to trip start date full tour price is due at the time of booking
***Cancellation Policy 2023
If Bearpaw Heli-Skiing has to cancel or is unable to provide your ski tour due to Canadian Border closures or for any other reason, 100% of your final payment will be refunded.
Booking Policy for our 2024 Season
For those who are already booked into our 2023 Season: You have priority privileges for your same space in the 2024 season.
If you wish to keep your space please contact our office. If you wish to change weeks, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For those not booked in for this coming season 2023 but are looking to come ski with us in 2024: Please contact our office and let us know your preferred week and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Travel Insurance
We strongly advise you to purchase Medical Insurance and Trip Cancellation/Trip Interuption Insurance.

Fuel Surcharge
- We set the price of our ski packages early in the year for the following ski season, before fuel and helicopter costs are determined. We reserve the right to add a fuel/helicopter fuel charge should the costs of the fuel or helicopter lease exceed our estimates.
Waiver
All guests will be required to read, agree and sign a waiver prior to booking a trip and skiing with us. We strongly encourage you to take the time to read it prior to booking your trip.
